About the Opportunity
A federal department is seeking two Senior Organisational Change Managers to support a portfolio of digital and ICT transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and uplift change management frameworks and templates across the branch.
* Provide strategic advice, coaching and stakeholder engagement to support successful change adoption.
* Partner with portfolio and project teams to align change strategies, roadmaps and plans with business priorities.
* Monitor and report on change progress, impacts and benefits realisation.
* Build and leverage a change champion network to support transformation activities.
* Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and mitigation planning.
* Lead change execution across multiple concurrent projects.
* Develop training needs analysis and training plans for impacted users.
* Assist with benefits mapping, benefit profiling and realisation planning.
Essential Criteria
* Mid-Senior level experience as an Organisational Change Manager
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise‑level change management frameworks, strategies and plans.
* Experience leading change across complex public‑sector programs and projects.
* Skilled in integrating change practices within waterfall, agile and hybrid environments
* Proven benefits realisation management experience
* Formal change management certification and demonstrated ability to tailor methodologies
Desirable
* PROSCI certification.
* Understanding of APS operating environments.
