Property Manager Southbank Office & Portfolio
The opportunity has presented itself for you to join a premium, professional, well-organised and structured Real Estate agency as a Property Manager.
With staff events, a clean, modern office fit-out, the latest technology, tools of the trade and no expense spared on staff, this is a unique role based in Southbank, Melbourne Head office.
With a car park provided onsite, mobile phone, laptop & all the tools of the trade provided, this is simply an opportunity that you do not want to miss!
Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, a 1 hour lunch-break, with Saturdays typically 1 in every 6 weeks. (Weekends paid or time in lieu)
JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage your own portfolio of approx 190 properties (Southbank Residential apartments) 1/2 of the portfolio is just across the road, with the remaining properties walking distance from the office!
2. Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
3. Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
4. Maintain client relationships
5. Compliance & assist with leasing (they have leasing consultant support)
6. Using up to date Property Management Software
WHATS ON OFFER:
1. $85,000 + Super + Commissions + Phone + Laptop + Parking
2. Become a Team Leader in Property Management in future, they have multiple team leader roles in this company, all of which don't manage their own portfolio

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
1. Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
2. Property Management Experience
3. Wanting to learn, grow and be professional in a great team
4. Mandarin speaking not essential but can be an advantage
