We are currently seeking a Financial Data Entry Officer to assist with the accurate management of financial and administrative records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong Excel skills, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Role
The Financial Data Entry Officer will support the business by ensuring financial information is entered accurately and maintained efficiently within our systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurate entry of financial data into spreadsheets and accounting systems
· Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
· Reconciling data and identifying discrepancies
· Assisting with invoicing and financial records
· Maintaining organised and accurate digital records
· Supporting the administration team with financial reporting when required
About You
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Experience in data entry or financial administration
· Ability to manage information confidentially
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
