Administrative Officer - Casual, Queensland Health
The Surgical Service Group at Townsville University Hospital are seeking applicants for casual Administrative Officer roles.
There are 15 casual positions available.
These roles provide quality customer care in a friendly and helpful manner; the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone, whilst adhering to Queensland Health guidelines on confidentiality.
About the opportunity
Administrative Officers provide a frontline administrative support and booking service for all patients, ensuring the efficient utilisation of booking time available for Consultants and Clinicians.
The role provides a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
