You will support 4 mines within 2 hours drive from Toowoomba, mainly focusing on Meandu Mine, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite. The rest of the time will be spent supporting the other mines in the western Darling Downs region.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with mining customers.Review fleet performance and troubleshoot issues.Conduct machine inspections and audits.Assist in component forecasting and wear analysis.Provide solutions to enhance fleet productivity.Manage customer concerns and work towards resolutions.Plan maintenance and forecast resources.Minimize downtime and optimize operations.Contribute to budget planning with forecasts and insights.RequirementsMechanical trade qualifications.Strong understanding of earth-moving and construction equipment.Ability to travel and spend 2-3 days onsite weekly.Additional InformationHitachi values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
