About the Position
This part-time role involves providing maintenance and gardening support to a residential aged care home. The successful candidate will have experience in horticulture, maintenance or trade qualifications and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Regularly check communal areas to ensure they are tidy and well-maintained.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment and adhere to a preventative maintenance program.
* Coordinate external contractors for servicing requirements.
