In this role, you’ll ensure hospital claims are processed promptly and accurately while providing exceptional support to members and healthcare providers. Maintain a high standard of claims assessment through accurate, efficient, and timely processing of hospital claims.Provide advice and assistance to members and health service providers in relation to benefits and conditions of the fund.Contribute to the effective operations of the Customer Service Business UnitActively participate as a member of the Benefits and Assessing team.Effective use of own work time and work resources.Payment of claims within THF contract requirements and benefit payment limitsAccurate assessment of hospital claims through the verification process and ECLIPSE systemPrepare, review and complete claim process activity of hospital claims through the verification process and ECLIPSE system What do you need? /What are we looking for?
