QLI Fitness Equipment is entering its next growth phase in the Australian market.
We are a global commercial gym equipment manufacturer operating across Australia, the United States and Vietnam. Our focus is premium product, strong engineering, and long-term distributor partnerships.
We are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive national revenue growth and strengthen our market position.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of:
* National B2B sales strategy and execution
* Distributor acquisition and relationship management
* Commercial gym fit-outs and project sales
* Structured pipeline management and forecasting
* Protecting gross margin while scaling revenue
This is a commercially accountable leadership role with visibility across international operations.
Ideal Experience
* 5+ years in B2B sales (fitness, equipment, or commercial supply preferred)
* Track record of closing high-value projects
* Experience dealing with gym owners, franchises or distributors
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability
* CRM discipline and structured sales process
Location: Silverwater NSW 2128. Able to travel.
Remuneration: Competitive base + performance-based incentives
