We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Secondary TAS Teacher who is passionate about Christian schooling. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to their faith, and suitable tertiary qualifications. They will also be NESA accredited (or eligible) and hold a current Employee Working with Children Check.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improving student learning and wellbeing outcomes through effective planning and implementation of educational strategies.
* Receiving feedback on teaching and implementing changes to improve student performance.
* Supporting an explicit instruction approach based on a knowledge-rich curriculum, which fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Effectively collecting and analysing educational data to inform teaching practices and devise strategies to improve student outcomes.
