Enterprise Account Sales Manager at Optimum Consulting. Our client is a global leader in construction technology solutions transitioning to cloud-based platforms. We are seeking a senior Enterprise Sales Manager to take ownership of major enterprise accounts across Australia and Recent Zealand.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts (ANZ).
Build robust, trusted relationships at all levels, from senior executives to operations.
Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling into existing accounts.
Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Navigate complex sales cycles, helping clients transition from on-premise to cloud solutions.
Collaborate with solution specialists, product, and implementation teams to deliver customer success.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in enterprise/strategic account management.
Track record of success in SaaS, cloud, or complex solution sales.
Skilled at consultative, multi-level stakeholder engagement (C-suite to frontline).
Experience with long-cycle, high-value deals.
Robust commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Background in construction technology or related industries is a plus, but not essential.
