Our client, HPW Franchising, is a leading Australian owned franchise dealing in the supply and distribution of workwear & safety products from renowned international and local brands. With the Franchise Support Office located in Ballarat, they pride themselves on delivering high quality and professional support to their franchisees that contributes to the brands' overall success.

This newly created position will provide day to day administrative assistance to key members of the Hip Pocket Workwear and Safety Franchise Support Office and franchise group.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders
- Undertaking general administrative duties such as data entry and record management, collating and preparing information, coordinating group wide bulk purchases, tracking and administration of services to franchisees and assistance with other office administration tasks
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Providing support for the planning and execution of events, conferences and travel arrangements for the Franchise Support Office team
- Providing a friendly, supportive environment when engaging with Franchisees and other business partners

To be successful in the role, you will have high attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and will thrive on wearing many hats in a small but cohesive team.

Ideally you will also have:

- Previous work experience in an Administrative role
- Strong computer skills with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office suite and advanced skills in Excel,
- Experience with using Xero or similar accounts software package
- The ability to prepare quality work with mínimal supervision and grasp new or unfamiliar concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to work as a team and think outside the square

Along with your strong administration skills, you will be tech savvy and have a talent for delivering results on time.
