The Role
Vantage Building Group is a successful Sunshine Coast based company is now seeking a full-time, proactive Contracts Administrator/Client Liaison Officer to join the residential team.The main focus of this position will be to offer exceptional service to our clients throughout the residential building process.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Creation of build contracts and building specifications
* Administration of build contracts and build related documents
* Coordination of the client journey through the pre-construction process
* Keeping clients informed and updated throughout the build process
We will provide training for the right candidate, however to be successful insecuring an interview for this position
you must have:
* Previous experience having worked as a Residential Contracts Administrator or Client Liaison Officer
* Ability to multi-task proficiently
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills - both written and oral
* Professional phone manner and confidence in dealing with clients
* Proficient computer skills
* Excellent time management skills with astrong sense of urgency in getting tasks completed.
