What You’ll Be Doing Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients Converting a steady flow of inbound leads into long-term client partnerships Understanding client marketing objectives and delivering tailored branded solutions Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and campaign ideas Working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on brand Tracking performance, forecasting growth, and consistently exceeding targets What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience in B2B account management, sales, or client success Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally Commercially minded and motivated by performance and financial success Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities in a fast-moving environment A proactive team player with energy, initiative, and accountability Strong attention to detail is a must Need to have a high level of urgency.
