**Your new role**
Operating under general direction from the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager, the Quality Assurance Compliance Business Partner will maintain and continuously improve systems and processes for risk management, incident and complaints management, quality and safeguarding.
This will cover a wide range of activities associated with internal and external audits, document control, trend analysis and reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience within a compliance, risk or audit based role, ideally within a community services setting
- Demonstrated examples of leading and implementing internal audit practices, maintaining schedules, and reporting against legislative obligations
- Knowledge of quality assurance and risk management frameworks
- Highly developed written and verbal communal skills including quality system documentation, report writing, facilitation of training and presentations
- Proven ability to undertake research and data analysis to identify systemic issues and risks, and develop sound recommendations and mitigating strategies
- Understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, NDIS Practice Standards and Australian Service Excellence Standards
