The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Mitchell.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to assist and support our wider team and managers with administration and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Role responsibilities
1. Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
2. Greeting customers on arrival
3. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
4. Contacting customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience
5. Telephone and email correspondence
6. Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
7. Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
