Category leads oversee one or more sector groupings, including Globalisation, Healthcare, Sustainability, Technology Consulting, Finance Automotive, Luxury Travel, Consumer Goods, and Government NGOs Foundations.
They work with associates to manage proposal delivery at market pace, maintaining an information library, case studies, and document formatting.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic partnerships with clients
* Create compelling fee proposals that meet revenue and profitability goals
* Manage program cost estimates and track proposal responses
* Brief and manage associate teams to deliver effective contributions
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate competing demands
- Understanding of marketing, research, thought leadership, and policy-driven business objectives
- Experience in developing thought leadership-focused partnership proposals
