Your Day-to-Day Includes:
Engaging with a steady stream of inbound and outbound leads - customers who have expressed interest by contacting us directly or visiting our website.
Providing tailored recommendations on Private Health Insurance policies based on each customer's specific needs.
Offering a consultative approach, guiding customers through comparisons to showcase the value of each policy.
Managing a personal portfolio of warm leads to build ongoing relationships.
Consistently meeting achievable monthly KPIs in a supportive and ethical environment.
What We're Looking For:
A solid track record of sales success in any industry.
Ideally, 12 months or more of outbound sales experience, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic is what matters most.
Health insurance sales experience of 6 + months is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-first attitude.
