Urgent Care Leadership Opportunity
This is an exciting chance for a skilled Registered Nurse or Paramedic to take on a leadership role in one of our successful Urgent Care Clinics.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the centre remains safe, efficient and patient-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth running of the clinic, including coordinating equipment, stock, consumables and facilities issues.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for all site staff.
* Oversee timesheets, shift approvals and payroll accuracy.
* Support training and development of the clinical team.
* Optimise patient flow, triage processes and clinical workflows.
* Maintain compliance with UCC standards, audits and clinical governance.
* Manage incidents, risks and escalations.
* Co-ordinate business management tasks, including supplier relations and reporting.
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL HEALTHCARE PARTNERS TO ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY.
