**The Principal Content Analyst will be an active member of The Information, Content and Records Solution (iCARS) Project team and will utilise their advance knowledge and experience of managing documents and records within TMR (including specific knowledge of Document Management System (DMS) and OpenText Content Manager solutions) to achieve the objectives of the project and program. DMS is TMR's primary document management / record keeping solution and is implemented using the legacy Notes/Domino platform.
In the role of Principal Content Analyst you will:
- Work as part of a highly motivated and skilled team to deliver successful outcomes on records and information management project work packages.
- Manage the compliance of products produced by the project with government and departmental information standards, acts and policies, analysing emerging issues and providing advice and recommendations to the project manager.
- Build and sustain relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Develop, contribute to and maintain project artefacts such as business processes, standards, requirements, data migration activities and systems which maintains the integrity of records and supports effective performance reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with TMR employees to continuously improve their capability to manage content and records (including archiving and destruction).
