Overview
As an Administrative Officer in the busy Gastroenterology department, you will be at the heart of patient interaction, managing reception for outpatient clinics, coordinating daily operations, and delivering administrative support to our Staff Specialists, Registrars, and VMOs. You will help ensure clinics and the endoscopy unit operate efficiently, contributing to an exceptional patient experience and supporting our clinical team in delivering outstanding care.
Responsibilities
- Manage reception for outpatient clinics and coordinate daily administrative operations.
- Provide administrative support to Staff Specialists, Registrars, and VMOs.
- Assist in ensuring efficient operation of the clinics and endoscopy unit to support patient care.
Requirements
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
- Online typing speed test for the required 45 wpm.

Conditions
Permanent Part-Time, 32 hours per week. Location: Wollongong Hospital (TWH). Application close date: 18 September 2025. Grade: Administration Officer Level 2.
