About the Role
This is a critical position within our culinary team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial kitchen operations, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
We require a highly motivated individual who can effectively supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
A key aspect of this role is to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen according to food safety and sanitation standards.
As a seasoned Sous Chef, you will train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

* Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen according to food safety and sanitation standards
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
* Assist with the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position in a fast-paced kitchen. Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred.
