**What you will do**:
Project manage key aspects of the implementation of the People, Culture & Safety target operating model.
**Key accountabilities**:
Support the Head of People, Culture & Safety and leadership team to implement a new operating and service delivery model. Work with the team to drive the following initiatives and manage change within the team and across the business:
- process improvements and new technology platform to support talent sourcing, hiring, appointment and onboarding
- consolidating shared services operations and moving to a tiered service model
- onboarding outsourced workplace relations and work health and safety advisory and case management service
- employment lifecycle process improvement and workflow automation

**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, or a combination
- Proven experience in management of change and transformation in a human resources context
- Proven experience in process improvement, workflow automation and HCM systems implementation
- Strong planning and project management capability and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
- National Police Clearance
