Job Overview
This high-impact role will see you take ownership of a key customer relationship within Coles, overseeing the account and driving performance across budgeted sales volumes, profit, and market share.
As a relationship-driven sales professional, you will build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Retailers, Promotions Managers, Buyers, and Category Managers, to deliver mutual value and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full P&L, delivering results against budget and forecast in volume, NSV, GP, and trade spend. Experience in managing independent channels and knowledge of Metcash/Woolworths/Coles is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the key customer relationship within Coles, building strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
* Oversee the account, driving performance across budgeted sales volumes, profit, and market share.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute business plans that align with customer needs and growth ambitions.
* Deliver and range all NPD within Independents.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in a business or commerce related discipline are highly desirable.
* 1-2 years' experience as National Account Manager or similar with an FMCG business.
* Proven experience in managing full P&L, delivering results against budget and forecast in volume, NSV, GP, and trade spend.
* Experience and understanding of field execution within Independents Channel is highly desirable.
