We're working on a new opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with strong migration and mainframe experience to support a major program of work within a large insurance organisation.
This role will focus on complex platform and process change, requiring strong systems thinking and the ability to connect data, platforms, products and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation and maintain end-to-end traceability
Coordinate and support data cleansing activities
Document issues, risks and dependencies
Perform options analysis and support informed business decision-making
Drive outcomes with cross-functional teams
Process mapping across complex, interconnected systems
Skills & Experience
Strong Insurance domain experience (preferred)
Knowledge of mainframe environments (must-have); Protect platform experience preferred
Understanding of insurance products and business processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complexity
Experience working in large, enterprise environments
This role offers a 12-month contract and a day rate of $900 + super per day. You'll be based in Sydney and enjoy flexible working arrangements (2–3 days in the office).
