Financial Operations Specialist
This is a comprehensive role that involves the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and business activity statements for various clients across diverse industries.
* Develop and manage client relationships to identify compliance concerns and provide expert advice on technical matters.
This position is based in-office at our Birtinya location. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in finance, accounting or related field, along with experience in XPM and Xero, and broad knowledge of Australian tax fundamentals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and business activity statements for all business entities.
2. Client base management assistance across multiple sectors.
3. Identification of regulatory compliance issues and opportunities as they arise.
4. Research and provision of technical expertise to support business decisions.
Required Skills:
* Familiarity with XPM and Xero.
* Broad knowledge of Australian tax principles.
* Degree qualification in finance, accounting or related field.
