 
        
        Role 
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media and digital promotions 
- Coordinate marketing materials and property listing content 
- Attend client meetings, property inspections, and open homes 
- Assist with auction day preparation and onsite support 
- Support project-based marketing initiatives and team campaigns 
- Schedule and coordinate photographers, valuations, and inspections 
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback to the team 
- Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and stock levels 
- Organise team calendars, client appointments, and internal meetings 
- Ensure timely communication between clients, vendors, and stakeholders 
- Keep accurate records and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks 
Qualifications 
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a professional presentation and positive attitude 
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn current systems 
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a current ACT driver’s license and reliable vehicle; real estate license (or willingness to obtain) required
