We are seeking a reliable and experienced Support Worker in Murray Bridge to provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting with personal care, daily living, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines
* Provide support with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
* Transport and accompany clients to appointments, social events, and community activities
* Encourage independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or 1-2 years of relevant experience
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
* Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling training
* Unrestricted driver's licence
* Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
* Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to person-centred care
