West Carr & Harvey is seeking to appoint a senior accountant to assist with the following:
* attending to compliance related activities, including the preparation of financial reports and tax returns
* providing medium level technical and non-technical advice for clients
* developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will:
* have completed an accounting related degree
* 2-5 years’ professional practice experience
* be CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
* have a good understanding of general accounting and tax principles
* have previous experience in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
* work effectively both independently and in a team environment
* have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Xero and FYI software will also be highly regarded.
