* Multi-Site - Western and Northern Suburbs
Human Resources Manager
1st Executive is conducting a search on behalf of a successful and growing privately owned enterprise group with operations spanning bulk logistics, contract packaging and manufacturing, specialty chemicals and coolants. The group services a number of leading global brands and continues to grow through strong market development, operational capability and commercial discipline.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, working with decision-makers and making things happen. In a privately owned organisation, good ideas do not disappear into layers of process. Decisions can be made more directly, relationships matter, and practical contribution is recognised.
The Opportunity
This is a busy, broad and highly visible role working across multiple sites in the western and northern suburbs. It will suit a capable and commercially grounded HR professional who enjoys variety, values autonomy and is energised by a role that combines operational breadth with genuine influence.
Importantly, this is a standalone Human Resources management role with dedicated administrative support.
You will own the delivery of the HR strategy across four businesses under common ownership, translating agreed frameworks and priorities into consistent execution across sites. Strategic, governance and higher-risk matters will be escalated appropriately, but this is a role for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, working directly with leaders and driving outcomes.
For the right person, the four-day structure is a genuine advantage. This is not a reduced role. It is a substantial and rewarding position for someone who wants meaningful scope, strong professional challenge and flexibility that works.
