About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, people-first Area Manager to oversee our stores, including Bonds, Bras N Things, and Sheridan, in the Newcastle and Central Coast region.
This is a fixed-term position until August 2026.
4. Proven experience as an Area Manager in a multi-branded retail environment.
5. Lead, motivate, and inspire your team across multiple stores to meet budgets, KPIs, and profit targets.
6. Analyze reports to make innovative commercial decisions, manage controllable costs, and maximize profitability.
7. Drive a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and provide feedback to your team.
9. Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days effectively.
10. Spend time on the shop floor working alongside your team.
11. Ensure visual merchandising and stock management standards align with company directives.
* Dedicate one day a week to admin and store tasks.
