What's on Offer:

* Generous Compensation: Earn between $91,000 to $102,000 per year, plus salary packaging and superannuation.
* Ample Leave: Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave.
* Relocation Assistance: We provide relocation help, including 4 weeks of accommodation and travel support.
* Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible applicants after a 6-month probation period
What you'll be doing:
* Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support via phone & face-to-face
* Complete risk assessments, safety planning & referrals
* Work closely with caseworkers, legal, health & housing services
* Support women to access justice and advocacy pathways
* Engage in reflective practice, supervision & team-based learning
What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field OR Diplona in Community Services OR experience in related fields
* Experience in DFV or related social services
* Knowledge of trauma-informed & strengths-based practice
* Strong risk assessment & safety planning skills
* Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
