The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Part Time and Casual Sales Associates to join our team. The positions plays a pivotal role, delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the team with various operational tasks. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate the dynamic needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Delivering genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values and expectations.
Greet an engage customers warmly, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Akubra products, including features, benefits and heritage, effectively communicate this information to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Your Experience
Proven track record of successful experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
Proven ability to drive and exceed results.
