We are seeking a dedicated support worker to work with NDIS participants in Caboolture.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting participants to aquatic centres on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing community access for shopping and appointments on Fridays, and assisting with domestic tasks on a fortnightly basis.

Requirements
* Certificate III in Disabilities or willingness to obtain
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Current Queensland driver's license and reliable vehicle
