Role Summary:
The Head of Growth (Australia) will be responsible for driving growth in user acquisition, conversion and market penetration across the Australian landscape. Focused on the commercial growth strategy, you will work closely with our global product and marketing teams in Asia to scale Mitrade's presence.
This role requires a high-performing professional with a strong background in digital marketing, product optimisation, and the online trading sector, combined with a deep understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape.

What would be your responsibilities:
Drive Market Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the Australian market, focusing on high-value user acquisition, optimised customer conversion, and increasing net funding/deposits.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our Asia-based digital marketing and product teams to translate global brand capabilities into highly localised, high-impact campaigns and seamless user journeys for the Australian audience.
Partnerships & Affiliates: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnership channels, affiliates, and financial influencers to enhance Mitrade's market presence.
Regulatory Compliance: Work with Compliance to ensure all growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and onboarding funnels strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
Data-Driven Optimization: Rigorously analyse marketing performance, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion metrics to optimize ROI, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve retention.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a dynamic local growth team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
What we require from you:
Industry Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in a senior growth, product, or digital marketing role, specifically within the online trading (CFD/FX) or wealthtech space.
Australian Market Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully driving user acquisition and market share growth within an ASIC-regulated environment.
Regulatory Acuity: Strong understanding of ASIC regulatory requirements governing the marketing of financial services, ensuring growth is achieved compliantly.
Full-Funnel Marketing Mastery: Deep expertise across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, affiliate networks, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Cross-Cultural Leadership: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Analytical Mindset: Highly data-driven with a strong execution focus, capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
