In this contract role based in Queensland, you will be responsible for attaining set performance goals and acquiring new business from both new and existing customers within the hospital environment, with a primary focus on selling products from the Operating Room portfolio, including both capital and a range of consumables. We require an experienced salesperson to join this collegiate and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to succeed.

Key Role Responsibilities
* Represent the company and products to new and existing customers in the territory to meet / exceed territory sales and marketing goals
* Cultivate customer relationships & Key Opinion Leader development, to advance business and sales objectives
* Implement sales and marketing strategies, including New Product Introductions to drive business in territory, maintaining and expanding existing product sales
* Provide technical, clinical support and educate customers in the use of the Company's products, during surgical procedures
* Organise and support hospital trials on a regular basis
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in science, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar preferred.
* Preferably 5-year experience in medical devices sales - Capital preferred, but implant experience within Neuro / Ortho / Spine experience is also desirable.
* Strong sales experience along with superior relationship building skills
* Direct experience working in an Operating Room environment, in either a sale or clinical capacity.
* Car Licence required
* Occasional out of hours work required (conference/ event attendance, after hours case support, in-services)
* Domestic travel required to cover territory, Occasional interstate travel required to attend conferences, team training and where necessary supporting team members.
