Healthii People is pleased to be partnering with one of South West Sydney's more renowned private practice Psychology providers for the recruitment of a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join their Gledswood Hills clinic on a permanent part time or full time basis.
NB. This role is an employee position not a sub contracting position.

Our client works with adults who present with anxiety and depressive disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns, and trauma-based conditions. Our client focuses on sustainable and long-term solutions through proven therapy frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioural Analysis and Mindfulness Interventions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents or adults with neurodivergent conditions.
* Manage a caseload of your choice
* 6 billable hours a day
* All necessary therapy equipment is provided, with the option for assessment sessions (not required).
* Collaborate with a supportive team of psychologists and admin staff to deliver comprehensive care.
* Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client outcomes.
Our client also uses evidence-based strategies to help toddlers, children, and adolescents with presentations such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, anxiety disorders, behavioural issues, and anger management.
About You:
* You have general registration with AHPRA.
* You have at least two years of post-registration experience
* Registered or Clinical status
* Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
* A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to client care
