We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high-purity industrial salt and SOP for more than 60 years.

Our values guide us in achieving our strategic goals and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture driven by our people's efforts and strengths.The RoleWe're seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and continuously improving administrative systems and procedures.
You will coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements via INX, support onboarding of new employees and contractors, and manage site rosters and schedules.
Strong communication skills are essential as you welcome visitors, answer calls professionally, and coordinate visitor inductions.You will oversee village and camp maintenance, manage office supplies, PPE inventory, and ensure meeting rooms and noticeboards are well maintained.
This role also involves supporting health and safety initiatives, assisting with incident reporting, maintaining HSE noticeboards, and preparing regular reports using Excel and other site systems.
You will assist with supplier onboarding, create purchase orders and requisitions, and work closely with contractors and the executive team to help achieve site and company goals.

You will be proficient with INX and Inflight software and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint) and possess exceptional organisational skills.
