Our client is a boutique land development company specialising in infill land for subdivision developments. They are seeking a dynamic, resourceful Executive/Sales/Property Assistant. **Tasks & responsibilities**
This EA/Sales Assistant role is an exceptional opportunity for those seeking a diverse set of responsibilities within the administrative, operational, and sales and/or marketing realms. The tasks and responsibilities are quite dynamic and can be tailored to suit on your skillset, areas of interest and career aspirations below are some of the examples:
- Provide a range of administrative duties including diary management, and document preparation.
- Assist with high-level executive/administrative matters.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute accurate minutes.
- Effectively liaise with agents, consultants, council, investors, and other external stakeholders.
- Database management.
- Property assistance support to the Director.
- Property market research.
- Marketing and events coordination related tasks.
- Invoicing and other finance assistance.
- A wide variety of ad hoc requests that require initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Note: while this role can be tailored to concentrate on specific areas of interest, the administrative responsibilities are nonnegotiable. Other aspects of the role such as sales, marketing and property development related tasks can be discussed and introduced over time to suit your interests, ability, and career progression goals.8
**Skills & experience**
You will ideally have the ability to manage tasks autonomously, build strong relationships with various stakeholders, and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities. While knowledge of property development can enhance role performance, prior experience is not a prerequisite.
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded however, experience as a sales assistant, office manager, executive assistant or other relevant role will be considered.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of organisation and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Tech savvy with good Microsoft Office skills.
