The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm.
Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight!
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
* Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
* Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
* Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.
What we're looking for
* Exceptional Communicator – Clear and professional verbal and written skills are a must.
* Master Multitasker – Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.
* Service Experience – A background in customer service is essential, ideally with medical reception experience.
