What You Will Do:
Manage payroll processing with precision in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone
Input data accurately using payroll or accounting systems (CHRIS21 experience preferred)
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
Maintain compliance with policies and data security protocols
Key Skills:
Proven experience in customer service, contact centres, or payroll roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and effective
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, disciplined, team-oriented
Nice to Have:
Experience with payroll systems (like CHRIS21)
Background in bookkeeping or finance
Familiarity with government payroll procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant vocational qualification or similar in administration, finance, or payroll
Experience working in high-volume payroll environments
Additional Details:

Willing to provide current Police Clearance upon offer
