Job Description:
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary skills by developing new menus and dishes that incorporate local and seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team and manage staff to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
* Develop and implement new menus and dishes that incorporate local and seasonal ingredients
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification
* Extensive experience as a Senior Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* A passion for food and commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients
