Technical Support Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support to clients in public schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
* Positive and customer-focused personality
* Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia
* Must possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Permit
* Prior experience in the IT industry is required
