As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategy and organisational performance across your portfolio. This role partners closely with operational stakeholders to deliver workforce outcomes aligned with business growth, compliance, and cultural objectives.
About the role
* Partner with people leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies aligned to business objectives.
* Provide strategic advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
* Lead employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
* Coach and influence leaders to build capability and high-performing teams.
* Provide expert interpretation of awards, enterprise agreements, and employment legislation.
* Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives aligned to our values and EVP.
* Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to provide insights and inform decision-making.
* Contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives including compensation strategy, capability frameworks, and change programs.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D to deliver integrated people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
About you
* Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role within a multi-site, operational or industrial environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business outcomes.
* Advanced employee and industrial relations capability with experience managing complex matters, including award and enterprise agreement interpretation.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
* Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting workforce data.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
