Duties include:
- Administrative duties including data entry, answering phone enquiries and organising parts orders.
- Help identify vehicle makes, models and variations to determine the right parts through our computer database and inventory system.
- Process all orders, invoices and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process.
- Be an integral part of a dedicated team who strives to achieve.
- Work closely with the Vehicle Sales Staff and the Service department.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Consistently maintain store cleanliness and a safe working environment.
About you
- Demonstrated administrative experience. Prior knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional computer and literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude.
- Experience with Pentana ERA is an advantage as this role involves negotiating predominately by phone using this computer-based inventory system.
- A strong awareness and commitment to health & safety.
- Committed to ensuring a positive customer service experience, understanding our customer needs and building positive ongoing relationships.
