* Technical guidance, training and practical coaching for the team members.
* Setting up and maintaining a skill matrix; conducting practical training courses using R&S processes for rack mounting, cabling, cable production and rework loops.
* Conducting checklists and supporting quality assessments.
* Production & quality
* Ensure correct execution of assembly orders according to work instructions, drawings and parts lists.
* Ensure correct execution of cable production orders according to work instructions and the necessary documentation (specifications, drawings, contracts and regulations where relevant).
* Identification of recurring errors, support in root cause analysis and initiation of technical corrective measures.
* Coordination & task distribution (no shift planning)
* Distribute and prioritise tasks within regular daily production, ensuring team members know what to do next.
* Alignment with engineering, quality and stock regarding material and drawings.
* Conducting a daily shopfloor meeting to ensure the necessary information for the team, improving quality through structured problem solving and regular exchange with the interface partners.
* Maintenance of production documents in SAP/ Share-Point
* Reporting relevant technical KPIs to the manager.
* Process Improvement & Maintenance
* Initiation & Contribution to improvement measures (5S, Kaizen) to increase quality and efficiency.
* Ensure availability and proper use of tools and test equipment
