Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the liquor industry, with experience in account management, sales, and marketing. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

* Job Function: Full-time
* Seniority level: Mid-Senior level

This role will involve working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Full P&L ownership across Coles Liquor (CLG) - including total liquor portfolio
2. Develop and execute the customer promotional plans
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts v budget
4. Manage sales volume and revenue targets to achieve growth targets v budget
5. Manage the annual range review process, including driving all NPD execution
6. Manage the customer contact matrix – all business reviews, customer joint business planning, and also the 'top to tops' reviews


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Liquor and/or FMCG experience is a must
* You must come with Coles Account Management experience - either Liquor or Non-Liquor categories
* Strong financial acumen and data analyses
* You are at National Account Manager level (or equivalent)
* Work with a global organisation experiencing impressive growth (across all channels)
* Manage some of the most exciting spirits brand in the market - which are in high demand
* Work directly with senior leadership
