Program management leadership is a key focus area for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our electrical maintenance contract with the University of Queensland, overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as project work on various sites throughout QLD.

About the Ideal Candidate
* Dedicated professional with a positive approach and drive for continuous improvement.
* Electrical Trade certification, Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering, or tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, developing teams.
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial and utility HV and LV networks.
* Experience in managing and delivering programs of work for external clients.
