Join the Burnett's Plumbing Supplies Team in Geelong. Burnett's Plumbing Supplies is looking for a highly motivated, experienced plumbing salesman to join our agile team. With over 30 years of trusted service, we supply high-quality plumbing products to both trade professionals and DIY customers across Geelong and the Bellarine.
Position: Full‐time/Casual • Location: Geelong & Bellarine, VIC • Pay: From $60,000 per year • Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers in person, over the phone, and online.
* Advise customers on product selection, offering expert knowledge of plumbing products and systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Maintain stock levels, assist with inventory management, and order products as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
* Assist in preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently.
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of plumbing products, materials, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Friendly and approachable with a passion for customer service.
