* Assist customers with banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate cash handling.
* Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and mobile apps.
* Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.
* Customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Numerical skills, including proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in completing financial transactions.
* Personality traits: energetic, genuine passion for helping people, resilience, adaptability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
