This role is designed to provide dedicated assistance with contract-related invoicing and administration, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing and client communication.The day to dayYour key responsibilities will include:Finalising work orders in WFM and XeroPreparing and issuing invoices via email or portal entries for contract-related jobsProcessing purchase orders and supporting accounts payable functions in XeroSupporting accounts receivable, including processing client paymentsHandling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriatelyProviding general administrative support as requiredThese tasks are critical to maintaining timely revenue capture, contractual compliance, and effective client communication.The EssentialsWe're looking for someone with strong administration and finance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
